With a career in law spanning over 20 years, Mariana has dedicated the past 15 years exclusively to the Real Estate practice area. She advises both domestic clients, foreign clients and law firms in all stages of the structuring and implementation of real estate transactions involving urban and rural properties.

She is frequently sought after for advice on strategic real estate matters and transactions involving various asset classes, including logistics, office, retail, medical offices, life sciences, data centers, hospitality, shopping centers and infrastructure. She also assists leading technology sector players with a diverse range of real estate purchase, sale and lease transactions.

Mariana’s expertise covers direct and indirect acquisitions, sales, real estate-based financing, development, leasing (including build-to-suit/sale and leaseback transactions), surface rights, and usufruct and construction agreements. Her international experience includes working for the Portuguese law firm PLMJ Sociedade de Advogados.
