Pedro Borges Rodrigues is a senior associate in the Real Estate, Tourism and Labour practices. He has over 10 years’ experience in the Cape Verdean jurisdiction in assisting in several real estate transactions, structuring and implementation of acquisition and sales transactions, licensing, construction contracts, lease agreements and finance contracts.
Pedro has advised international groups in relation to projects and transactions in Cape Verde and has provided ongoing advice to Portuguese and international companies operating in this country.
