Océane Paprocki

Océane Paprocki is a Senior Associate and has joined Miranda & Associados in 2014. After completing an LL. B in French law from the Lille Catholic University, she went on to extend her civil law background by completing common law qualifying degrees – i.e., a GDL at ULaw and LL.M from the University of Manchester. During the accrued numerous years of presence in country (the Republic of Congo & Senegal), Océane has amassed a blend of solid legal experience and deep practical knowledge. She is a member of the OHADA practice and has extensive experience assisting international clients on a various range of projects and transactions (energy, PSC negotiations, restructuring, regulatory, compliance, financing, etc.).
