Career

Pavo Novokmet is a partner, specialized primarily in capital markets, restructuring and insolvency and dispute resolution matters.

Pavo was involved in several major capital markets projects, including takeovers of joint stock companies and public offerings of securities. He also has extensive knowledge and experience in leading some of the major insolvency and extraordinary administrative proceedings which took place in Croatia in the last decade and helps the domestic and international clients to navigate the financial difficulties by developing restructuring strategies and representing them in the pre-bankruptcy procedures.

Pavo also regularly advises foreign and domestic clients on commercial and corporate law, and actively represents clients during litigation and administrative proceedings before Croatian courts and regulators.

He also possesses in-depth knowledge and understanding and has extensive experience on all aspects of real estate.
