Work Highlights

Dalibor Valinčić has extensive experience acting as both counsel and arbitrator in complex international disputes. His work highlights include advising MOL Hungarian Oil and Gas Company Plc in a high-profile investment treaty arbitration against the Republic of Croatia arising out of energy sector investments. He has also acted as counsel in disputes concerning major infrastructure projects, including an UNCITRAL arbitration relating to the construction and operation of a water processing plant.

Dalibor regularly represents multinational corporations in arbitration proceedings conducted under the VIAC, ICC, ICSID and UNCITRAL rules, across sectors such as energy, construction and commercial transactions. In addition to his counsel work, he also sits as an arbitrator in disputes arising from business acquisitions, including post-M&A and shareholder disputes in the hospitality sector.
