Over 15 years of experience in the taxation of natural resources and infrastructure, including mining, energy, and agribusiness. Skilled in tax planning, M&A, transfer pricing, foreign investment, and tax litigation.

Master’s degree in Economic, Financial, and Tax Law from the University of São Paulo (USP) and another Master’s in Tax Law from the Federal University of Minas Gerais (UFMG), both with top honors.

Postgraduate Professor in Tax and Customs Law at PUC Minas.

Author of the book "CFEM – Compensação Financeira pela Exploração de Recursos Minerais", about the brazilian mineral royalty.
