Pauline McNamara

Having practiced for over 30 years, Pauline McNamara has built up a practice and reputation as one of the fiercest and forensic family lawyers in the North West. Pauline represents HNW and UHNW clients in contentious divorce and separation cases involving trusts, complex business structures, off shore assets and international property.

Many of Pauline’s clients are in the public eye and come to her for her discrete yet robust negotiation and litigation; she is known for fighting for her clients right to the end. Pauline understands the sensitive nature of her work and works with reputation managers where necessary to ensure that her clients achieve the best possible outcome.

Pauline’s vast experience in these cases has allowed her to build a wealth of connections that benefit her clients from valuations on super cars to discrete counselling services.

Prior to joining MSB as Head of Private Client Family in 2019, Pauline McNamara had been Head of Family at DWF’s Liverpool office and also the Cassell Moore Family team. In 2016 Pauline was the inspiration for the re-brand initiative which created PMC Family Law, a boutique family law firm specialising in high-net worth family matters
