Career
Paul was admitted to the Ohio bar in October 1988 and to the Austrian bar in 1999. Since 2007 he has been a partner with Fellner Wratzfeld & Partners. He specialises in the full range of M&A transactions and has a special focus on cross-border transactions, in particular in the CEE and US which is also due to the fact that he originally comes from the States. His other fields of expertise include banking and finance, contract law and arbitration. Paul is also a frequent lecturer at the University of Vienna on M&A and joint venture subjects.
