Career

Florian Kranebitter is a Partner at Fellner Wratzfeld & Partner (fwp) and a recognized expert in international business law. Since joining the firm as a partner in 2006, he has specialized in Corporate/M&A, Banking & Finance, and Restructuring.

His academic background includes a doctorate from the University of Vienna and an LL.M. from the University of California. Before becoming a partner at fwp, he gained experience in major Austrian law firms and held a key role as the head of the legal department for a prominent credit institution during a secondment in 2008.
