Career

Markus was admitted to the Austrian bar in 1998 and has founded Fellner Wratzfeld & Partners (fwp) in 1999. He provides legal advice on high-profile corporate & M&A transactions, banking and finance law as well as on complex corporate restructurings / insolvencies. He has been awarded a law degree from the University of Vienna and a business degree from the Vienna University of Economics and Business. In addition to his full-time work at fwp, he also lectures at various institutions.
