Career

Josef Peer is an Equity Partner at fwp, specializing in Public Business Law. He joined the firm in 2015, became an attorney in 2019, and was promoted to partner in 2025. He focuses on infrastructure, real estate, and environmental law (EIA). Peer holds an LL.M. from WU Vienna and studied in Sweden. Since 2021, he has also been a lecturer at Sigmund Freud University, teaching practical legal writing and public law.
