Career

Michael was admitted to the Austrian bar in 1999. Since 2000, he has been a partner with Fellner Wratzfeld & Partners (fwp). Michael is head of the team for public commercial law, infrastructure and procurement law as well as real estate & construction law, representing reputable national and international companies, public authorities (municipalities, federal provinces and the federal government), public companies as well as interest groups in all public law and property-law matters. The range of services provided also includes environmental due diligence, approval and permit proceedings under industrial plant law, the evaluation of environmental aspects in project development, environmental impact assessments (EIA), PPPs, etc.
