Paul Geerebaert heads the firm’s Labour and Employment Practice Group.

His daily fare consists of legal questions relating to individual and collective dismissals, transfers of undertakings and the drafting and negotiation of individual and collective labour agreements. He acts for many international and Belgian companies and advises in matters relating to employment law. He regularly pleads before Labour Courts throughout the country.

Paul ranks amongst the leading labour lawyers in Belgium, and is considered a thought leader by Who’s Who Legal since many years now.

He has a law degree from the University of Ghent (UGent 1987) and a degree in economic law from the University of Brussels (ULB 1990).

Paul joined Liedekerke in 1990, where he became a Partner in 2001.
