Career

Patrick focuses on representing Mexican and foreign clients in a wide range of corporate transactions, including public and private offerings of equity, debt and structured securities, financings and mergers and acquisitions. He has worked on multiple domestic and international offerings representing issuers, investment banks and other financial institutions.

In addition, he has been involved in various corporate finance transactions, advising both banks and borrowers on local and international operations, several of which incorporate ESG components, either in green or social financing, or in financing operations linked to indicators of sustainability.
