We offer advice on asset backed securities and the financing of projects through trusts and other mechanisms. We have been involved in the implementation of landmark Multi-Offering Programmes and the corresponding follow-on offerings, CKDs (Certificates of Capital Development), CERPIs (Investment Project Certificates), and other securitization programmes.
