Patrick Haas is a partner and attorney-at-law at AKD who specialises in dispute resolution, with a focus on complex cross-border collective redress claims.
Patrick has assisted various claimant foundations in bringing large-scale damages claims, including the diesel emissions litigation and the truck cartel case involving more than 15 car manufacturers, as well as proceedings against EY relating to its role in the Wirecard scandal.
