Career

Carlos Pita Cao serves as the Managing Partner of AKD and is a member of the Board.

As a seasoned Corporate M&A attorney-at-law, he is a trusted adviser to many of his clients, advising on complex cross-border transactions, on - both domestic and international – strategic and private equity acquisitions, participations, divestments and exits, buyouts, joint ventures, and corporate restructurings, as well as on corporate law issues and critical contracting matters.
