Career

Andre Reznitchenko is an attorney-at-law and partner at AKD. He specialises in commercial and corporate law dispute resolution. He advises and represents businesses operating at national and international levels in the event of disputes about, for example, professional liability, D&O liability, broken off negotiations, acquisitions, earn-outs and guarantee and indemnification claims.

Andre has broad experience with complex, cross-border commercial disputes and disputes between shareholders, directors and supervisory directors. In addition, he acts on behalf of groups of consumers, companies and investors in class action disputes. Andre assists collective redress organisations in emission scandal related collective proceedings against various OEMs, including Volkswagen, which in 2025 ended with a groundbreaking collective settlement in the Netherlands.

Andre’s clients include trade associations, independent professionals, investors, directors, supervisory board members, shareholders and (international) companies. He represents his clients before various courts and arbitration institutes, in first instance and in appellate proceedings. Andre is regularly engaged by other lawyers to assist them as co-counsel or as procedural strategy advisor.
