Patricia is a well-known Real Estate Lawyer in Colombia, specialist in urban law and Msc in International Real Estate and Planning at University College London-UCL.

Patricia´s practice focuses on real estate projects structuring through fiduciary schemes, asset expansion plans of retail, co-working, and health sector companies, both national and foreign. She has also executed activities related to the licensing and urban studies required for the development of Built to Suit projects. Additionally, she has experience in land acquisition processes, especially for projects of public utility or social interest such as urban renewal and construction of public works.

Her experience can be described as robust because she understands the client from the legal point of view and from the administrative and commercial point of view, since she has carried out the management of real estate projects and their commercialization.

Career

Prior to joining CMM, Patricia was a founding partner of Acosta & Gaviria Legal, a boutique real estate law firm, in which Patricia led the expansion plan of WeWork in Colombia through the structuring and negotiation of leases for its growth in the local market, as well as advised several private equity funds in the negotiation of several Built to Suit projects for the health sector.
