Melissa Castro

Melissa Castro is a principal associate, her areas of practice are Administrative Law, Urban and Real Estate Law, Litigation and Arbitration.

She worked in the 3rd Section of the Council of State (Consejo de Estado), in the Sub-department of Goods of the National Department of Narcotics, and has been an external advisor to CAJANAL and Fiduprevisora ​​​​S.A.

She has a long experience in advising private companies from different economic sectors, public entities and unions in the legal structuring of real estate projects and contracts; on property and land components of infrastructure projects; and in the preparation of urban norm studies, land planning and management instruments. She also provides advice to clients on administrative and regulatory law matters in various industries, and on litigation concerning her area of practice.
