Pascal Schmitz, a partner in Dentons’ Real Estate practice in Paris, heads both the Europe and Paris Real Estate practices. With more than 25 years' experience, Pascal has developed a strategic expertise in corporate real estate and in investment transactions (acquisitions and disposals, M&A), acquisition financing, joint ventures and structuring investments, including negotiating financing, partnership agreements and structuring funds.
Pascal has extensive experience in all areas of property management issues, such as commercial leases, development agreements, and construction law. He advises German, French, European and US investment funds on transactions throughout France and the region.
