Global law firm Dentons collaborated with Kirkland & Ellis on the representation of AXA IM Alts, acting on behalf of its clients, on the agreement to sell Data4, a European data center operator, to Brookfield Infrastructure.


AXA IM Alts is a global leader in alternative investments with over €186 billion of assets under management comprising approximately €90 billion of primarily private real estate, more than €85 billion of private debt and alternative credit, as well as more than €10 billion in infrastructure and private equity.


Evan Z. Lazar, Co-Chair of Dentons’ Global Real Estate Group, coordinated the entire cross-border project team of more than 70 Dentons lawyers from seven countries. Partners Stewart M. Middleman and Sona Taghiyeva led the team on the real estate aspects, while Aleksandra Minkowicz-Flanek and Namik Ramić led on the employment and corporate law issues respectively.
