Dentons’ Real Estate team in Paris is a major player on French market, including 10 lawyers, including three partners, Veronique Lagarde, Pascal Schmitz and Maxime Simonnet, and two counsels, with a unique mix of capabilities and offering to clients.

The team’s experience covers all aspects of real estate matters, including real estate investment transactions (acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, sale and lease back), real estate development projects (greenfield and brownfield projects), real estate finance, asset and property management, leasing, construction, planning, development and environmental law. Our team is regularly called upon in all areas of real estate law, both by private and public players (large user companies, investment funds, public, administrative or industrial and commercial establishments, public companies, etc.).

In terms of asset management work, we also have extensive experience in asset management and commercial lease negotiations, when the main clients are landlords. Our lawyers regularly work alongside major users of real estate assets in missions to optimize rental costs, in the context of which, after having carried out an audit of the rental situation, our team renegotiates its clients’ rents in an amicable or legal framework, or organizes the transfer of their facilities.
