With over 12 years of experience in labor and migratory practices, Pamela´s practice focuses on providing legal counseling to local and foreign companies in health and safety, social security, employment and labor issues, strategies for talent management and labor due diligence in case of mergers and acquisitions, among others.

She has considerable experience in leading the representation of companies from a wide array of industries in high complex labor litigation cases and administrative procedures.

Pamela is highly sought after for her experience in immigration law, including the hiring of foreign employees, in obtaining work visas for executives and their families, and in providing comprehensive advisory services that include corporate, migratory and labor considerations.

Pamela Duffy graduated from Universidad de Lima in 2008 and has specialized studies in labor relations in the new business organization from Universidad Complutense de Madrid. In 2020 she graduated from the Universidad del Pacífico with a Master´s degree Human Resources and People Management.
