With more than 15 years in labor and migratory practices. Jaime Zegarra is a lawyer graduated from the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú in 2006.

He is an associate lawyer of the firm since 2013, and his professional practice and experience focuses on providing legal advice to local and foreign companies on human resources management issues, with extensive experience in the analysis of global operations as specific in the administration of personnel, health and occupational safety, including labor audits in case of mergers and acquisitions, among others.

He has significant experience in legal advice in the preparation of labor planning, hiring and termination of personnel, compliance audit of labor standards, analysis and planning of productive outsourcing mechanisms (labor intermediation and outsourcing of services).

He also has extensive experience in providing legal advice and leading the representation of companies in complex labor litigation cases and administrative procedures, providing legal advice to companies and industries of different areas.

He also specializes in immigration issues, distinguished by its experience in hiring foreign personnel, employees, performing work visa procedures for executives and their families, and in the provision of advisory services taking into account the corporate, migratory and labor perspectives of clients.
