Olena Kuchynska

Olena Kuchynska is a Managing Partner of the Kyiv office of Kinstellar and the firm-wide Head of ESG. Olena has over 20 years of professional legal experience with a special focus on corporate governance, including projects in the public sector.

Olena has a background of a corporate and M&A lawyer, she advises big international investors, multinationals and development institutions in Ukraine. Olena advises big international investors on their investments in different industries both through establishment of legal presence and acquisitions of businesses in Ukraine. Olena has supported clients through the entire lifecycle of their cooperation with partners, has extensive experience in conducting legal due diligence of targets and drafting, negotiating and implementing JV and sale and purchase agreements. She regularly advises clients on various aspects of investment activities in Ukraine, including corporate, securities, currency control and regulatory matters.
