Mr. Volkov has over 15 years of experience in international commercial, investment, and sports arbitration, as well as cross-border litigation. Oleksandr has been involved in numerous arbitration proceedings under ICSID, ICC, SCC, LCIA, JAMS, AAA, ICAC at CCI Arbitration Rules. Additionally, he has experience in the FIDIC-related disputes, as well as in advising clients in litigations in England, the USA, the EU, and other major jurisdictions. Oleksandr also frequently appears before the Ukrainian Supreme Court in arbitration-related cases.
Mr. Volkov represents both state authorities and private companies. He frequently advises foreign investors engaged in pre-arbitration negotiations.
