Constantin Solyar is Head of the Tax Practice and Co-Head of the Private Clients group.
With more than 20 years of practice, Constantin has developed expertise covering Ukrainian general and special tax regimes as well as both direct and indirect taxes. He advises clients on a variety of international tax matters and, as a Ukrainian lawyer, represents them in administrative and judicial proceedings involving Ukrainian tax authorities.
Constantin also advises high-net-worth individuals on the structuring of their inbound and outbound investments.
Before joining Asters Constantin worked in Big4 firms in both Ukraine and in Luxembourg.
