Oleksandr's area of expertise encompasses a wide variety of competition law issues, including concerted practice, the abuse of dominance, restrictive and discriminatory practices, unfair competition, the procedural aspects of AMC's activity, as well as state aid and public procurement issues.
Oleksandr has more than 16 years of experience working at the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine, including as an AMC Commissioner (7 years) and as Head of Legal Department before that. In this capacity Oleksandr investigated the most high-profile cartel and abuse cases in Ukraine.
