Norman has also represented public bodies, financial institutions, and professional services firms in a wide range of contentious matters.
He has conducted several internal investigations for company boards and public bodies, and advised corporates on regulatory investigations by the CCPC, DPC, and the Central Bank.
Norman's commercial litigation practice includes major shareholder disputes, breach of contract, procurement, pensions and profession indemnity claims. He has defended several high-profile claims against the Big 4 accountancy firms and solicitors’ firms. He acts in IP/IT disputes and large banking recovery actions and mis-selling claims.
Norman also has in-depth knowledge and expertise in restructuring and insolvency and has acted in several high-profile international restructurings. He has been a recommended individual in Dispute Resolution and in Insolvency and Restructuring in Chambers Global and Legal 500 since 2006.
