Norman is a Partner in our Dispute Resolution and Litigation Department in Dublin. He advises on commercial disputes, regulatory matters and insolvency/restructuring matters.

Norman has nearly 30 years experience as a commercial litigator and handles some of the most complex large-scale commercial litigation conducted by the firm. He acts for many large corporate clients and public bodies in contract, shareholder, governance, procurement, financial services and pensions disputes. He has advised on the conduct of regulatory and internal investigations.

Norman also advises professionals including Accountants in handling claims and professional discipline matters. He also has in-depth knowledge and expertise in restructuring and insolvency and has acted in several high profile international restructurings. Norman has been a recommended individual in Dispute Resolution and in Insolvency and Restructuring in Chambers Global and Legal 500 since 2006.

Professional Memberships

Norman is an accredited Mediator (CEDR). He is a lecturer on the Law Society Diploma in Commercial Litigation. He is a member of Insol Europe, Restructuring and Insolvency Ireland and the Commercial Litigation Association of Ireland.
