Niels Jørgen Oggesen

Niels Jørgen Oggesen is specialised within construction law and has more than 10 years’ experience advising Danish and international parties in relation to construction projects. Niels Jørgen therefore has expertise within all aspects of construction law.

Niels Jørgen often represents parties in disputes before the Building and Construction Arbitration Board and before the ordinary courts. He also has expertise within guarantee calls.

Finally, Niels Jørgen has considerable experience in negotiating major international FIDIC based contracts.
