Henrik Stig Lauritsen

Henrik Stig Lauritsen is head of HortenDahl’s Taxes and Duties team. He advises on general taxes and duties and is specialised within company formation/acquisition, incentive programmes, taxation of principal shareholders, reorganisation and ownership transfers, litigation concerning taxes and duties, restructuring, relocation of employees and general corporate tax. Henrik is also an expert within taxation and structuring of investment funds and foundations.

Henrik has wide experience advising national and international enterprises and groups on tax matters.

Henrik has authored or co-authored a number of articles on tax in e.g. Revision og Regnskabsvæsen and Ugeskrift for Skatteret.
