Nicolás is partner of the Tax department. He received with honors a law degree from the Law School of the Argentine Catholic University in 2010. In 2016 he finished his studies under the Master in Tax Law at Torcuato Di Tella University and in 2020 a Certification in Constitutional Law at Austral University. He is currently completing a Certification Program in Constitutional Procedural Law at Austral University.
Mr. Nogueira Castellini has developed his entire career at our Firm and has specialized in Tax and Customs with special focus on advice and litigation matters.
He teaches Tax Law at Buenos Aires University and is author of various publications related with tax matters.
He has attended various courses and congresses of tax law, and has also acted as speaker.
He is a member of the Argentine Association of Fiscal Studies and the Bar Association of Capital Federal.
