Nicola Frost is a highly experienced, specialist, family law barrister and arbitrator, qualified in both the financial remedy and children schemes. She also sits as a private FDR judge.

Nicola deals with all aspects of financial remedy proceedings on divorce, as well as TOLATA and Schedule 1 applications. She is particularly adept at dealing with complex financial backgrounds, including business assets, multiple trusts (including offshore) and international property. Nicola has specialist expertise, and is the author of the seminal book, on pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements.

In Children Act matters, Nicola is particularly experienced in relocation cases, both internal and overseas, and acts in cases involving international child abduction. Nicola sensitively deals with allegations of domestic abuse, sexual abuse, psychiatric disorders, parental alienation and issues of addiction.
