He routinely assists in the structuring and implementation of novel legal and tax compliant structures that enable collaborative governance, revenue generation activities, and other innovative service delivery activities.

His clients include hospitals, long term care facilities and other health services providers, universities, not-for profit housing providers, municipalities, trade and professional associations, clubs and foundations.

Within BLG, Nick serves as Regional Manager of the Corporate Commercial Group in Toronto.
