Nick Cotter represents clients in high-value antitrust and regulatory litigation. This has included, most recently, acting in the Interchange Fee Litigation for Mastercard, defending numerous multimillion pound claims by European retailers alleging that its interchange fees and network rules are anticompetitive. He is also defending a spark plug manufacturer in follow on claims in relation to the spark plugs cartel.
