Natascha George, a partner in Goodwin's ERISA & Executive Compensation group, focuses her practice on executive compensation and employee benefits law. With more than 29 years’ experience in the industry, she advises clients regarding executive employment and consulting arrangements, severance obligations, and equity and equity-based compensation plans, both in the ordinary course and in the context of mergers, acquisitions and other business restructurings, initial public offerings and bankruptcy proceedings. She works with clients ranging from multinational public companies to closely held businesses in the design, implementation, maintenance and termination of executive compensation and employee benefits arrangements.
