With more than 18 years’ experience in the industry, she advises clients regarding executive employment and consulting arrangements, severance obligations, and equity and equity-based compensation plans, both in the ordinary course and in the context of mergers, acquisitions and other business restructurings, initial public offerings and bankruptcy proceedings.
