Jon Shapiro is a partner in the firm’s Complex Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice. His practice is focused on securities litigation, government enforcement actions and commercial litigation. Mr. Shapiro has expertise in a wide range of securities matters, including class actions, securities fraud and M&A litigation. He has litigated class actions, challenges to corporate transactions and governance, and other matters regarding allegations of fraud and breach of fiduciary duty, including jury and bench trials. Mr. Shapiro regularly defends and conducts internal and regulatory investigations on behalf of clients facing actions by the SEC, DOJ, FINRA and other entities.
