Sam Zucker concentrates on corporate transactions for life sciences, healthcare, and growth companies in the U.S., Asia, and Europe. Sam represents buyers and sellers in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic alliances, and collaborations. He handles venture capital and private equity financings as well as public company securities offerings (including IPOs and follow-ons). He also handles regulatory matters, primarily involving the SEC, NASDAQ, and NYSE. Sam advises clients’ management and board of directors on corporate governance and strategic matters – including acquisitions, development, and capital market strategies as well as general corporate, public company reporting, and regulatory issues.
