Nataliia Matviichuk

Heads GOLAW’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice and specializes in civil, commercial, labor, and maritime law. She successfully handles litigation concerning labor rights, honor and reputation, property ownership, land relations, and disputes with state authorities or supervisory bodies.

In addition, Nataliia represents clients in family disputes, including marital property division, child travel permits, and inheritance matters. She provides legal advice on labor registration, consumer protection, land lease, contracts, and intellectual property.

Her practice covers employee hiring and dismissal, lease and privatization of state property, and corporate registration or liquidation.

Furthermore, Nataliia co-authored the legal advocacy taxation guidelines for the National Association of Advocates of Ukraine and frequently publishes articles in professional legal journals.
