She also acts for issuers, investors, and banks with respect to hybrid debt offerings and equity-linked transactions.
Natalia regularly advises such clients on regulatory matters, ongoing securities compliance and ESG matters. Natalia is also a member of the Jones Day FinTech task force, very active in digital assets, blockchain and tokenization having worked on the first ESG tokenized bond issuance in Europe.
