Her experience in Urban Law, Notary and Registry Law, Horizontal Property, Private Equity Funds, Collective Investment Funds and other development and structuring vehicles for real estate projects makes her a lawyer with a complete knowledge of the sector and its actors, something that clients value when entrusting her with their real estate projects.

Her practice has focused on the design of structures for the acquisition of real estate for commercialization purposes in the market or for the development of housing, commercial and industrial projects, among others.

Career

Before joining CMM, Natalia was a founding partner of Acosta & Gaviria Legal, a boutique real estate law firm, where she advised several private equity funds and similar vehicles in the structuring of transactions in the healthcare, retail, and logistics sectors. In addition, Natalia led comprehensive advisory services for the management of real estate assets and the divestiture of several acquisitions of the funds she advised.
