This year CMM has merged with A&G legal, a boutique firm specializing in Real Estate. This merger is due to the Firm's partners interest in growing its practice areas and having top experts among the leading team.

CMM Real Estate area assists its clients in real estate and urban planning matters. The Department has a broad experience in advising, local and foreign, real estate investment funds in the execution and development of their real estate projects in Colombia, assisting local and foreign clients in their expansion plans and overseeing the application of urban licenses and zoning analysis. In general, the firm has as relevant experience in management real estate projects including advise on the lease and sale of the real estate properties in the local market.

The Department has handled the most relevant transactions related to real estate developments including hotels, retail projects, health care industry, co-working spaces and other commercial use properties.

The team is comprised with professionals that have a comprehensive knowledge regarding real estate matters. Currently the firm has 2 women partners, and 3 women associate in different levels. We are proud to be a 100% female team.
