Nasstassia's practice covers all areas of private children law, financial remedies work, public law proceedings, and domestic abuse cases.

In private law proceedings, Nasstassia undertakes cases covering the full range of private law matters, with significant experience in cases where there are intractable disputes and concerns about parental alienation, internal and external relocation; international cases and those with a jurisdictional element, and fact finding hearings (including successful representation in cases involving all aspects of domestic abuse and significant disabilities).

In financial remedies proceedings, Nasstassia acts for and advises in all aspects of family finance work including those cases with an international element, and financial provision for children.

In public law proceedings, Nasstassia’s practice covers the complete range of cases and she has significant experience in: acting for all parties in care and adoption proceedings (including those with an international dimension / placement and adoption abroad), representation of the Official Solicitor, representation of parties in complex cases including: non-accidental injuries, sexual abuse, PII, substance misuse and representation in cases involving drug and alcohol issues, mental health, learning difficulties domestic abuse and neglect.
