Mitch Koczerginski is a strategic commercial litigator with a practice focus that includes privacy and data protection He regularly represents clients in disputes and regulatory proceedings concerning the safeguarding of personal and commercially sensitive information, appearing before the Federal Court, the Federal Court of Appeal, and all levels of court in Ontario. Mitch frequently advocates before Canadian data protection authorities, including the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada and its provincial counterparts. Drawing on deep litigation experience, Mitch advises clients in high-stakes matters involving data breaches, cybersecurity incidents, and the enforcement of privacy obligations. His practical, litigation-tested perspectives enable clients to navigate complex regulatory requirements while protecting their reputational and commercial interests. Beyond privacy, Mitch maintains a broad commercial litigation practice, with expertise in commercial leasing, real estate and franchise disputes.
