Miriam McKendall

Ms. McKendall is co-chair of the Education Team and concentrates her practice in employment law, education law, and related litigation. She counsels clients proactively on employment issues, such as investigation of workplace grievances and discrimination complaints; development of disability and reasonable accommodations policies; wage and hour compliance; executive contracts; governance issues, regulatory compliance; and development of workplace policies and preventative strategies to reduce potential employee claims and agency reviews. She defends employers in employment litigation at agencies and state and federal courts. Ms. McKendall presents on workplace compliance strategies and conducts trainings for managers and executive teams.
