Personal

Mr. Min holds an LL.M. from University of Bristol, a J.M. from Peking University, and an LL.B. from China University of Political Science and Law. Over more than two decades of legal practice, Mr. Min has cultivated longstanding credentials in advising on both contentious and noncontentious matters in investment and financing, as well as related areas. He is particularly experienced in handling high-value and complex legal matters involving financial disputes, debt recovery, and disposal of non-performing assets. He has handled cases involving more than CNY 10 billion in total. Leveraging his extensive legal experience and debt recovery techniques, Mr. Min has consistently delivered results beyond clients' expectations. He has been repeatedly listed as a recommended lawyer in Chambers & Partners, China Business Law Journal, The Legal 500, and other prestigious legal rankings.
