Milly Chow

Milly is a Partner and senior member of the Blakes Restructuring and Insolvency Group, consistently recognized as one of Canada’s premier corporate restructuring practices. A leading expert in complex, multi-jurisdictional financial restructurings and distressed mergers and acquisitions, Milly has extensive experience navigating restructuring matters across Canada and internationally. She is a proud inductee into the Turnaround Management Association’s (TMA) Turnaround, Restructuring, and Distressed Investing Industry Hall of Fame. With over 30 years of experience, Milly has earned the trust of debtors, purchasers, lender syndicates, secured creditors, court officers and other key stakeholders, advising on some of the most high-profile and significant insolvency and restructuring mandates.

Milly has held several senior leadership positions in leading restructuring associations including Global Chair of TMA, an organization with over 10,000 turnaround and corporate renewal professionals worldwide. She currently is a member of the board of directors of the Insolvency Institute of Canada (IIC), an association of senior insolvency professionals and serves as Co-Chair of the IIC’s Regional Networking & Professional Development Committee.
