Catherine Youdan

Practice Areas

Catherine’s practice focuses on domestic and cross-border capital markets transactions and mergers and acquisitions. She has acted as counsel to both issuers and underwriters on public offerings and private placements of debt and equity securities and to purchasers, vendors, special committees and target companies in public and private M&A transactions. Catherine has experience in industries such as financial services, healthcare, consumer/retail, and real estate. Catherine also provides ongoing advice to public issuers in various industry sectors with respect to corporate governance requirements, continuous disclosure obligations and stock exchange matters.

Catherine is the Practice Group Leader of the Capital Markets group in Toronto and the former Co-Chair of the Legal Personnel Committee and the Student Committee. She has also served on the Firm’s Partnership Committee.
