Roy advises on aboriginal and regulatory law for development of energy, mining and other projects. He negotiates commercial agreements, impact benefit agreements, consultation protocols with First Nations and secures government approvals. He counsels in diverse aboriginal and commercial litigation before courts and tribunals, and has succeeded in all levels of courts, including the Supreme Court of Canada, as well as arbitration and administrative tribunals.
